I withdrawal rs 3000 from my sbi atm card by pnb atm... When i withdrawal 3000 rupee from i Received txn alert message on my number.... But i got 2 message... 1:- Rs 3000 withdrawn And Rs. 10000!!!!!!!!! I shocked.... Then i check my account balance... Rs.10000 deducted from my account..
I complained pnb atm customer care... But they did't help me.. Then i call sbi customer care. They said" he can not helP.....
Please please please...
I requested to all customers "Don't use pnb atm and don't open account pnb banks.... They are frauds....

Send complaint to Banking Ombudsman along with the copy of transaction slip.

Submit under acknowledgment with seal/signature/date complaint addressed to BM of your branch,PNB Branch where ATM was installed,Chairman of both banks narrating complaints lodged with customer care of both banks and their response........cite harrassment......and demand refund, compensation etc.....so as to reach you within say next 3 days.You should have been given complaint number by banks.Demand complaint numbers and investigation report.. also.
Thereafter you can lodge complaint with BO....
If deemed fit demand to know if any spy ssoftware was installed in ATM..

You should immediately lodge complaint in writing and online also.

Check the transaction with the Cash Dispensation Log generated which is held under the custody of the branch concerned where ATM is located. You can always claim from PNB if the transaction is incomplete.
