want to publish and copyright a novel(literary work). does anyone know of lawyers who do so in Hyderabad? do IPR lawyers do both?

If you want to publish the novel yourself, once you publish the novel, the copyright of the novel gets vested in you, provided there is no plagiarism in your work. Registration of Indian or international copyright is a separate process. However, if you want to get the book published through some publisher, that depends upon your agreement with the publishers, whether you prefer to keep the copyright with you or the publisher will have.
