2 wills executed on same day in different language.Which one shall be considered for Probate

If beneficiary is same in both the wills then any will or both wills can be filed before the court. And beneficiary is different then court will decide which will is genuine and which one is bogus.

If beneficiary to both WILL are same and there is no dispute regarding genuineness of WILL, there is no need to probate the WILL. If there is a dispute both WILL will be under scrutiny of court in probate proceedings. Even though both WILL written in same day, last one will prevail. That have to be proved through attested witnesses
