please help me in this case accused want plea bargaining process we also filed plea bargaining application as that is complainant present is necessary in the court but in my case there is two injured by the accused from his vehicle... U/s 279/337 IPC first injure always comes in the court but second is does not come in the court finally court has also second injured declared untraced in the court file . the court is agree to plea bargaing today court said me give me any citation about it where is without second injured court can run plea bargaining process so i need that any type of citation which related to my case pls help if any one has so send me
