(Querist) 01 February 2015 This query is : Resolved

Sir
If senior advocate not provide NOC or avoiding for the same, can its possible to cross examine the petitioner as party in person ?

How court will allow to cross examine the petitioner as party in person
ROHIT SHARMA (Expert) 01 February 2015
1. First send a registered A.D post letter addressed to such advocate informing him that you have retired him from your case. Then file a application before the concerned court along with the copy of the letter sent to such advocate and pray to the court to permit you to appear as party in person. Then you can cross examine the petitioner.
