Sir, I am in UP. We are starting a business in up. Please tell now the amount of Stamp Paper on which Partnership Deed should be mads. Our combined capital is Rs.50,000. We don't want to get this registered. Should We registr?

Usually its Rs200/- non-judicial stamp paper. Partnership can be registered with Registrar of Firms & Societies.

Yes. The stamp duty for Partnership deed in UP is Rs.200/-. The registration of Partnership deed is optional. But the deed shall be got prepared by a lawyer preferable by a CA.
