What is the type of society where shop is located?
Which state (Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Maharashtra etc.) the property is situated as the Act and Rules differ?
Consult a local lawyer.

She has to produce NOC or release letter relinquishing their rights by all the legal heirs of the deceased joint owner, death certificate, legal heirship certificate, indemnity bond for the losses that may incur due to this in the future, any other relevant forms that may be available in the society in this regard.
