Sir, It is said to have a current account, one must have a business registration certificate. I propose to do Onion whole sale and I am the only man to do this business. How can I get a certificate of registration, what may be the fee, where can I register, please help me. I can register with the Local body or with central/State governments. D.Joseph

There are many contradictions in your five line query.
For example:
First of all, being a manager, as per your profile, you don't know even the meaning of the term "company," when you say "one man company registration."
Secondly, you are the only man to do the business but your profile says that you are employed as a manager of some company.
Thirdly, i wonder, if you are really a manager, how it is possible that you don't know how to get a registration certificate for your company, registration should be with local body or central government, etc.?
If as a manager, you don't know even alphabet of the business, but are serious to do business, any reply to your casual queries may not help you even 1% of the requirements of a business or registration of a company or a firm. I suppose this is your third query on onion business starting from the 2nd week of the last month.
So, better consult some good lawyer besides associating with some real businessman of the agricultural products for some time.
