Nullity of marriage

Why we filed Nullity of Marriage and when? Is this Nullity of Marriage under Special Marriage Act? Can I file Nullity of Marriage on the ground of suppression of material facts? Can I file Nullity of Marriage after the date of marriage within one year? Although the time has already elapsed for one year and eleven months from the date of marriage i.e. 13th December, 2013, in such case, can I file Nullity of marriage? What is the alternative way for dissolution of marriage after leaving husband from 6th September, 2014. Please advise me.

On what grounds do U want to file nullity of marriage?If UR marriage was performed either under HMA or SMA,how can U nullify ?

Dear Querist
1. the marriage was solemnized as per Hindu Law or Special Marriage Act?

2. on what ground you want to file annulment?

3. on suppression of material facts, annulment petition can not be filed.
