(Querist) 20 August 2017 This query is : Resolved
"A" owns the property with Sale deed from 15 years.
Recent Encumberance shows that "B" has registered the property to "C".

"A" files an Original Suite case that the Sale Deed between B and C be declared Null and Void and cancel the sale deed.

SHould "A" submit all original documents to safe custody while filing the case ?

While filing the case photostat copies may be submitted.

The deed can also be proved through evidence and record from the Registrar office to be called through summons.

Description of your question is not clear. Who owns the original property papers of the seller from whom A bought the property 15 years back, and where from B&C came to the scene and with what ownership documents pertaining to B?
