Your relationship was that of employee with the company.

You have resigned and must be having copy of resignation, proof of dispatch and delivery.

You may obtain acknowledgment of notice of resignation/final resignation and acceptance, service certificate, relieving letter, salary slips of all months, correct FnF statement (showing computation of earned wages, bonus, leave encashment, incentives, reimbursements, adjustment of notice pay if any and final amounts payable by employer or employee), Form16 as per correct FnF statement, acknowledgment of handover of charge and assets, PF a/c slips of all years,NDC/NOC...................etc

If company does not issue NOC and you have all other docs then these may be as good as NOC/NDC....

Why do you feel that need of NOC?

Why do you apprehend that company shall become creditor to you?

Post full facts.
