A NCR under IPC 504 and IPC 506 has been filed at the police station, Request your guidance in filing the case with the magistrate.

Should the application be filed under :

CRPC 155(2) or
CRPC 155(2) read with CRPC 200 or
CRPC 156(3) or
CRPC 156(3) read with CRPC 200 or
CRPC 200 or
CRPC 190 read with CRPC 200 with 156(3)
CRPC 190 read with CRPC 200 with 155(2)

It may seem to be an academic query but it is not. Different advocates and JC's in courts gave me different opinions, I searched this forum also and found different opinions, that is why your expert opinion will not only help me but many other people.

155(2); if you want police to investigate the matter

200; if you have all the proofs and you want it to run as a private case.
