My uncle's eldest son giving him warning to murder him for his property

My Uncle has 3 sons & 1 doughters ,all are married. His Eldest son got Married in very young age & he left their family after marriage.He & his wife are kind of illetrate people .It has been more than 20 years he is staying apart but he is asking for my Uncle's property .
He & his wife are torturing my uncle & other sons & their family for property , Even they have tried to beat yougest son of my uncle .
Now they are giving warning to my uncle & Aunt to murder them for property .They are making relatives against to my uncle also .
What should my Uncle do in this situation . He is old now & physically very weak .
My uncle & Aunt are very much tensed at this period of age when they should be happy :(
Please give some legal advice in which my uncle & his other 3 children should not suffer .

The uncle can lodge complaint in local police about such tortures. They can file case in Senior Citizens Tribunal.
Ask them not keep mum.

Sir actually he is afraid of police case & all . He thinks Police is not going to help them & Police ask for money for doing anything thats why he is not that much interested in that .
Please tell me somthing more about Senior Citizens Tribunal .
& what is mum ?
