Leave without pay in Allahabad bank

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Sir, I have completed my 2 years and 3 months in Allahabad Bank as PO, I want leave without pay for one year for some family problems, please tell me the process and different ways in emergency. If I take direct medical leave then in how many days bank has right to retrenchment. Please tell me as soon as possible.

Refer to the leave policy of the Bank, and check LWP if permissible for 1 year.

Submit proper leave application under proper acknowledgment and proceed on leave if leave is approved.

Without proper medical certificate sick leave may not be sanctioned.How can a doctor advise bed rest if there is no sickness.

The bank may not sanction leave for 1 year due to family emergency.
