Leave during notice period of resign

sir
i am working as an astt manager in coal india limited.
i have submitted my resignation with three month notice period.
i want to know can i avail the leave during notice period. if yes then which type of leave can i avail.

1. Nothing and no one can stop you from submitting leave application of course under proper acknowledgment.
2. The leave can be declined only in line with leave rules, and in writing.
3. The leave rules can be superior to various enactments applicable to the establishment but can not be inferior. The leave rules are available on shared portals or can be downloaded from HR.
4. Generically speaking you can avail leave during notice period too until or unless employer chooses to decline it citing valid reasons.
