HELLO RESPECTED EXPERT
My friend wife file DV act case nd living in materimonial house.....my friend living in rent and file DIVORCE case....bt his mother living in separate room where the girl live..........
Now i wanted to ask
1....IF HE TAKE HIS MOTHER WID HIM....SO IT WILL FAVOUR THE GIRL SIDE.?????
2....THE HOME IS THE NAME OF HER MOTHER....IF BOTH HUSBAND AND MOTHER LEFT THE HOME AND LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.....WHAT ARE THE LOSS TO MY FRIEND.??????.AND WAT BENEFIT GIRL ENJOY ON DIS.?????

you mean to say husband is staying in his mother in law flat . no loss is caused if he left the home and stays separately .

Sir my friends wife living in their laws home....bt my friend living in rent...bt my question is can my friend take her parents wid him...????if he can wat are the loss he suffer..????.and wat benefit his wife get? The home is in the name his mother

Your question is still not clear. If your friend's wife is staying in that house which belonged to his mother and he takes his mother away from that house, what is the benefit for him by doing so.
