mere mata pita jiwit hai unke ham 4 bete hain kya pita ke jiwait rehte mujhe mera hissa mil sakta hai agar pita aur mere 3 bhai mera hissa beyimani se hatapna chahte ho to main kya karun

pita ji ne total 4 makan liye hain jisme se ek dada ji ka hai aur baki 3 mein ek mata ji ke naam pe aur 2 mere chote bhaiyo ke name se hain krapia meri madad karte huye batayein main kya karun????

The house / property in the name of grandfather would be inherited by your father with other uncles , Bua, dadi / legal heirs.

Property / house in the name of your mother is her property during her life, she can give it to any one she like. If she expire without a will, you would get a share with other legal heirs.

Property in the name of younger brother, belong to him, you have no claim.

You have no share in the property of your father during the life time of your father.
