MY WIFE IS IN WRONG EXERCISE FOR PAST 14 YEARS AND I HAVE ENOUGH EVIDENCE
NOW I WANT TO FILE CASE IN DELHI AS I AM IN SERVICE FOR LAST 8 YEARS AND RESIDENCE FOR LAST 8-9 MONTHS

in which jurisdiction act i can file case in delhi

my old residence in ghaziabad and my wife live my separate house in ghaziabad for last 10 years

Please tell the case precisely. I am not gettign what you say "My Wife is in Wrong Exercise".

I hope you are fighting divorce case. You should be very precise about
1.when you got married and at what place
2.Where you and your wife used to live after that

Mind that your wife may file the suit at Ghaziabad Court as she is residing there.

my wife physical relation was with my neighbour ,when i change house she again developed relation with another person also have with more than 10 people and i have evidence written and my landlord ,who caught it red handed,but because of my son i shut my mounth 12-14 years

now i fed up and want to again remarry as i am 42

in ghaziabad i hear 10-12 years to solve the case as i am resident in delhi and want to run through delhi can you suggest how i verify my juridition

Look Dhiraj,
You seem to be in the wrong path. You had enough evidence that your wife is having sexual intercourse with many perosns and even caught her red-handed. But you did not take any action.

Now after so long years, you are trying to re-marry and that is why you are trying to get divorce.

First choose your ground of divorce. It is understood that one divorce case is pending in Ghaziabad. If you really want to get the case shifted to Delhi you may apply before the Delhi High Court.

Dear Shri Anupam Lahiri,

You may probably like to review your reply, as Ghaziabad courts do not fall within the jurisdiction of Delhi HC.

Dear Dhingra Ji,
I was wrong. I was under the impression that Ghaziabad comes under Delhi. It is called NCR.

It is understood that it comes under Allahabad High Court. So in this case, as per sec 23(3) of CPC, application has to be filed in Allahabad High Court
