Is co op court empowered for injunction and damages.

Dear experts pl. advice if Co op courts are empowered to issue Injunction and damages suit. I am owning a flat in a co op. society paying my dues regularly but not admitted as member on the ground that my agreement is not registered. Society is harassing me and not allowing me to carry out repair work in my premises. Pl. do advice.

Your dispute do come within the jurisdiction of Co=operative courts and you can definitely get the desired relief.
