Dear all, As per expertise advices we recd from you all experts, we forced our developer to do many left out things in our redeveloped society. now, he wants to convert the stilt parking into shop which we denied. he has approached the local MLA for this. who called one of our member & asked to settle the issue. Problem is, all committee member do not agree with this politician, but all are afraid to oppose. All have a treat of life or any wrong doing by this politician. Now, what to do????

Some one has to bell the cat. Better all of the members go to court and file case against the developer for breach of contract and get an injunction for prohibiting him from making shops in the area allotted for the park.

Injunction is an order of a civil court which directs a person to do or not to do an act. You have to approach the jurisdictional civil court and get it. Take the help of an advocate and ask him to file a representative suit seeking injunction.
