HMA 24 Maintenance

Kindly advice that if maintenance under HMA 24 is being decided for application filed by wife in divorce case filed by husband & later if husband withdraw divorce case then will that maintenance will also stop & wat reason to be given to court to withdraw case if OP want to contest it on merits

S24 HMA application is for interim relief during pendency of main petition for divorce or annulment or RCR or Judicial separation as the case may be filled by either parties.
Once the main petition decided either on merits or withdrawn and dismissed, the order passed under section 24 HMA comes to an end.
If husband want to withdraw his main divorce petition, he can do it anytime without giving any reason or explanation for such withdrawal.
Did your learned advocate not guide you all this, what for you pay him and ask experts all this here?
