I was worked 5.11years in same contract is this eligible for gratuity from March 2007 to January 2013. Bangalore location

You should be eligible, in case of continuous service.


Submit FormI under proper acknowledgment and write that Notice of Determination of gratuity and payment has not been supplied till date to you.
