Forming of an association of 10 persons(members)

We have a plan of forming one association of 10 persons to purchase agricultural land and do some advanced agricultural activities.
1)
we want to give one unique name
2)
wants to register the same
3)
would like to open one a/c in the associations name and keep some money in it for further expenditure. And at the same time whatever the income comes in future, will go to the same a/c and it will be distributed among us later.
4)
In future we wants to do agricultural supportive business to lead better life. So it should influence people to be in agriculture and do agriculture.
Note:
Main purpose of it is, to create awareness about agriculture &(to make sure that youngsters/educated crowd)will go back to their village and settle happily. So there will not be labor shortage and people (already those who are in agri)will not fed up of agri business.
AND ACTUAL THOUGHT IS 'FOOD FOR ALL'

@Author, your association will not come under Societies Registration Act as it is not meant for "not profitable association". Hence it shall be registered under Indian Partner Ship Act as it is meant for profit mode and the amount will be distributed by the partners. The partners who are proposed to form an association mutually select a name. But the name of association shall be within the purview of National emblems and names Act. for any doubts, feel free to call on 9490929460.

You want to gain profit, but practically the activity may not fetch desired results as compared to investment.
Get your partnership registered and proceed.

As suggested the same may be drafted, mutually agreed and may be registered under the partnership act. Take the help of a local consultant on all such further issues.

1. A "Agricultural Coop. Society" can be formed /registered by minimum 10 persons, for all the purposes & objectives as described, under the Maharashtra Coop. Societies Act. Related profits can be distributed as "dividends" amongst the participating persons (members).
