Merely on the basis of the stamp paper or the signature on it, the other person cannot claim any property, unless the same has been registered with the Sub-registrar's office after paying appropriate stamp duty. In your case, it appears nothing of that sort happened.

But, you have to approach a lawyer, show all documents with you and also the notice received by you.

Act as per the advice of the lawyer. Do not give any reply yourself, but give reply only after consulting a lawyer.

Your view is that the stamp paper was purchased in someone's name ( Whose name is not explained by you).................and it remained blank and someone has drafted a agreement to sell on it and has even claimed that amount was paid in installments to your parents......................and according to you the signature are fake.

You have received a notice from tribunal also.

You may ASAP approach an able lawyer specializing in property/revenue/civil matters and show him all documents on record and give inputs in person.
Let your lawyer draft all of your replies and represent you now.

Reply the notice through your lawyer, deny all claims and if he prefers to go to court engage local senior lawyer and prove the claim as false.

If you are sure that the document are forged, lodge police complaint / criminal complaint with the Magistrate.
