Fine in civil suit

Thanks Mr Anirudh & Mr Goyal to the related query. Now the point is
The fine was imposed in the civil suit to the plaintiff which is required to be deposited separately. If not deposited , how to recover ?
whether execution can be filed or not.?

According to the order, the exemplary cost is payable to whom?

What is the amount involved?

On which date the order was passed?

Is the time for filing the Appeal against the Decree is over?

Did you get in touch with the opposite Counsel in this regard and if so with what result?

Rs 3000/- was fined to the plaintiff to be paid to the defendant.
the defendant refused to pay.the judgement was passed on 13-11-2014. No appeal was filed.Please guide

In that situation, you have to file a contempt petition in the same court.
