SIR,
PF DEPT REJECT MY PF WITHDRAWAL FORM FOR MISMATCH MY FATHER NAME
IN AADHAR MY FATHER NAME IS BAHADUR SINGH POKHARIYA
IN PAN CARD MY FATHER NAME IS BAHADUR SINGH

CAN PF DEPT REJECT MY PF WITHDRAWAL FORM
( MY PF NO IS 7 YEAR OLD NOT UAN NO.& SUBMIT PF FORM BY POST, I AM NOT DOING JOB ANY WHERE NOW ,)

WITH THE SAME DOCUMENT I CAN WITHDRAWAL PF OF PREVIOUS COMPANY .IN THIS TIME THEY DO NOT OBJECT

You may convince the department or take alternative steps which may be advised by any legal expert if you show your all documents.

You could get the name change done in the PAN card or Aadhar card so that both match.

Such a mismatches are quite common. May be, no-a-days, every such processing is computer programmed. You can take up the matter with the higher authorities. After all the money in the fund belongs to you.
