Pls let me know if i am buying a property and what is the benifit of adding wife name in registration... Also she doesnt have pan card as she is house wife then will the registration be done in joint names

You have not mentioned the cost, situation, type, purpose of the property.

It is better to get all the documents checked from local lawyer.

PAN no. can be obtained in 15 days or so.

It is better to have joint name she becomes equal owner of said property. If pan is not there u can provideAdhar card or Passport if u have or any other proof admissible
