Distribution of house among the brothers

R/sir, I want to know about distribution of the house made by my father's among four brothers. And I also want to that I made a home on the same plot and my brothers include the house which made by me alone in the distribution. What to do I don't know please clarify the whole... It is believed that you are all Hindu.

The ClassI legal heirs have equal rights.

Request your brothers to share the cost of house that you have built.

If the plot on which you constructed house was in the name of your father, it is the property in the name of father and can be distributed with other properties.

Try for family settlement, take help of elders / relatives / family friends.
