Wait for the case result.

Dear Querist
immediately file a civil suit for eviction, if husband is not residing in the home then the court will pass an order for her eviction, if husband is also residing there then she may claim as her matrimonial home and eviction will be very difficult.

contact a lawyer personally or over the phone to get best advise

Kumar Sri (Querist) 07 May 2015
Sir,

he not residing in the same place and he is now staying in Bangalore and my father house is in Doddaballapur

Then UR wife has no right or whatsoever in UR father's house,be it self acquired or ancestral. He can immediately file for eviction. This clearly amounts to trespassing when U are not staying there.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 07 May 2015
Agreed with experts.

The father in law may proceed to evict her.

Consult a seasoned lawyer at your location.
