one lady has chited 7 lakhs get us a corporate loan now she fail to get us loan and not ready to return back money i hv made complain at EOW AT CHENNAI since lady and myself belongs to chennai EOW NOT properly done investigation simply told it not related in our dept and also believe lady statement she shown one excel sheet where she mention 7 lakhs expenditure with her own handwriting with out valied documents.now how we can channage there(EoW) remarks ask them to justify ?

At first you are required to improve your English.
Secondly, yours is a commercial query and your company can well afford hiring services of a lawyer.
Thirdly, it is really strange, if even on involvement of a big amount, you or your company has not consutlted some local lawyer to find the solution or to drag the lady in the court of law by showing your documents, if you have any evidence with you.
