My case has been fully resolved. I'm just having problem in getting the final decree or divorce certificate from the Kanpur court. I'll be very much helpful and obliged if anybody can come to help me.

Apply in the court where the divorce took place to get a copy of a decree absolute or final order. If you know the case number, a copy of a decree absolute or final order can be obtained from the sessions courts registry by paying the requisite fee.

Apply for copy of the decree / order of divorce on format personally or through your lawyer.
