my wife worked till now , even after marriage, now she left job just so to burden me and make me pay her money every month & she can fight case with help of govt. lawyer & so that i will give up at end due to this. she is degree holder. her income was above 25000 per month when she worked

Bring the fact, her qualification, her previous experience details, fact of her leaving job for claiming maintenance on the court file. She may not get maintenance.

Gather the evidence of her employment details and produce them before court to prove her intention to sit quiet at home for the sake of getting maintenance and can argue to convince the court over your repudiation of her claim.

If possible gather her previous service details, IT returns, salary slip, call his employer for evidence, Resume may not be helpful 100%.

hello again respected admin, yesterday i managed to gather further evidence that my wife is currently employed too. in her statements in caw cell and maintainence case she said she is unemployed, ealier as mentioned above i managed to gather her salary slip from previous employer
yesterday i managed to get her current job details . now how much can that help me plz advice
