Building proposal dept

Sir, We have complaint to Building proposal dept for unauthorised possession of property without getting OC. But it seems that BP is not taking any action. Where to complaint further? who are the higher ups of Building proposal department? We have submitted letter to Dy. Cf Eng (Building proposal) which the highest post in this department. Now what? First we approached BMC, they turned us to BP department.

complain to MUncipal commissioner . file RTi application as to what action ha been taken on your complaint

see sir, take RTI then on tat basis move appropriate court. if you are in mumbai region then you can move Original side of High court of Bombay to settle the issue!
