Hello..
A CPSU make appointment of professional in high rank management grade,later with out any valid reasons or notice of misconduct, CPSU assign a workmen grade roles and responsibilities as w.r.t ID act.
What is highest punishment to decision maker,even after retirement of decision maker against the breach of employement contract.

I have signed in, to check the comments.
The web admin, may allow the option of being anonymous, but he knows my profile, so nothing wrong being anonymous?
Now the query so sensitive, where expert has to be real judge to answer the query?the answer may go against the govt of india enterprises,if is answered judiciously?
The answer is just a 2nd confirmation to fight against president of india,who is the owner of CPSE and without validation the power of authority has been given to take and breach the services conditions of employee?
there are many punishments under laws of land for various crimes,where India citizens are punished day in day out.
Similarly,i was curious to know,what kind of punishment available for the authority, who misuse the powers on personal revenged.
request again to give and guide with valuable comments.
