Order u/s 70 A can be challenged before High Court under article 226,227?

As per Sec 72 of Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 application can be made to the District Court to set aside the order under Section 70A.

In view of this Art 226/227 cannot be taken cognizance of by the High Court.

Academic query. State full facts.

Order u/s 50A was chellanged before District court u/s 72A in the year 2007. Some of the trustees died in year 2004 & 2005 respectively but were made respondants before district court by appeallent in year 2007. Is it OK ? Now, respondant's heirs would like to part in the proceeding as third party. Will court may allow them?
