Blank document signed by person

CAN anybody can misuse the blank document signed by my brother on blank paper and claim property of my brother by showing that my brother had to pay debt of 10lakhs outstanding against a sharebroker what is the remedy i have advised my brother to make registered will currently so that blank signed paper becomes null and void what is the solution and remedy in this regard

Sorry dear.The legal heir to property is liable to pay liability of the person making will.

Why blank papers were given in first place? Were these given voluntarily or under pressure?

If under pressure was FIR registered? You can do it now but be ready to face many questions from Police before they write FIR.

For what purpose blank papers duly signed were given to some one?

Unless these facts are known not much pointed advise can be given.

Make notification that blank paper singned deemed to be cancelled

Send registered AD letter to the person having these blank documents instructing him not to use these any where, publish in news paper, discuss with your lawyer in detail.

Discuss with a lawyer and issue a notice to the possessor of the blank signed paper and do other things as advised by your lawyer.
