Appeal validity of magistrate court case

Hi Experts, DV act case has been closed by 28-July-2015 due to non-appearance of Wife side. I applied for Copy of application to get order. But my counsel said order is not ready by judge. Do i have time to appeal in HC for my purpose? Please reply -Kumar

U can get it URself from the court registry by paying the requisite fee. Order will be ready immediately after disposal of a case.Why run to the HC for this purpose.

Submit application on prescribed format for copy of the decision.

Apply for certified true copy for purpose of APPEAL. , IMMEDIATELY.
TIME TAKEN FOR DELIVERY OF TRUE COPY WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR LIMITATION FOR APPEAL PERIOD FROM DATE OF ORDER[ WHEN JUDGE SIGNED] TILL U GET IT.
FEW DAYS DELAY WILL BE CONDONED..[ IF ANY ]

Hi Experts, My lawyer filed Copy of application in magistrate court to get order copy. Clerk said case documents are missing. whats the next step? I knew that clerk is playing in this regard as per in-law and their advocate influence. Should i file any petition in this regard?
