Ailmoney wife can leave job

my 498a wife is asking for ailmony
1) I have proof as her pan card and pf record ,will suffient?

2) if she leave job now will it count as no job and do I have to give ailmony

Yes if your wife has no any source to maintain herself then she is entitled to get the maintenance.

IF SHE IS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN HERSELF THEN ONLY SHE CAN CLAIM MAINTENANCE OTHERWISE NOT.

IF SHE LEFT THE JOB ONLY FOR GETTING THE MAINTENANCE THEN SHE WILL NOT GET ANY MAINTENANCE FROM YOU.
THERE ARE SO MANY JUDGMENTS.
