Sir, i m respondent in a Suit, i hv filed my written statment to the suit, now order below Exhibit V is passed, however certain imp documents has not been filed on record by our Advocate though we hv given it him, so i hv to ask you sir that can after passing order below exhibit V we can file additional Ws and additional Evidence and if yes then under which provision of CPC as those evidence n facts are imp in d matter n it is necessary to be brought on record
