Action against retired employee

If any retired employee is not attend the enquiry after sent the communication to him so what action will be made against him as per the provisions of Centre Govt rules & Haryana Govt. rules? can i lodge the fir against him or not? Kindly replied me at the earliest

In what capacity and on what plea you want to lodge FIR against a retired employee for not attending enquiry?

He was depositing CPF of an employee who on leave without pay for a period of 2 years. When the management came to know, the management conducted the inquiry and asked him to join the inquiry but he is not attending the inquiry

You have not replied my question, in what capacity, you are concerned with the case and also want to lodge an FIR against the retired employee?

Even your supplementary post indicates, as if you don't have even the basic knowledge of the process of drawing & disbursement functions, including deposit of the CPF contributions in the CPF account of the employees.

However, he attends or not the inquiry that is for the management to take care of the procedure of inquiry or to make him attend the inquiry.

You have not clarified how the person is connected with the matter.

You have not clarified whether the persons in required inquiry/investigation in capacity of accused or witness.

You have not clarified whether this is investigation or depttl inquiry.

You have not clarified as to how Haryana Govt and How Central Govt is concerned.

Apparently, when not coming forward with any clarification, his question is baseless without any of his personal problems.
