Accused vs discharged

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 27 June 2016 This query is : Resolved
What is the difference between accused and discharged?
Hemant Agarwal (Expert) 28 June 2016
WHY portray yourself as a "Anonymous", when you have a registered name ????

WHEREAS,
a) IF accused is discharged by Court, THEN accused no longer remains an Accused.
b) IF accused is NOT discharged, THEN accused will remain an Accused, TILL final order of the court.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal
