About a case of stay order of a property...

sir...my father is blind and my late grandfather was also blind and my grandfather made a property in Kanpur and he had done a registered will infavour of my father because he knew the pain of loss of eyesight and my father has no job due to blindness so he gave him this advantage....but there are two brothers and three sister of my father and a mother too,who all are against to my father and that 'will' also..and they all six persons collectively filed a case in the district court of Kanpur and they want relief that-
1-"my father could not sell this property or cant give possession to anyone...
2-they all six want a stay on this property so that my father couldn't sell this house....
so my question is-
can court allow him stay of this house,
that they want or not?

1) first obtain probate n letter of administration if will is valid. Their claim will not sustain.

Jeevan sir i wanna ask a question:-
"is there probation of will is compulsory in city like Kanpur...because by some source i came to know that probation is only in big cities like Chennai,Kolkata,Mumbai and Delhi.

Any objection from them would be dealt by the court before granting probate orders and property would be distributed / inherited as per will.

If the will has been objected to by others, it is necessary to get a grant of probate of the will in order to acquire the property bequeathed through the said will.

When my father had applied for the mutation in nagar nigam then law officer had given a report in which he described about the probation i am posting that copy of report of law officer that he had given...
So first notice that point that i wanna show you all guys then reply....
