Legal actions that can be taken against false 498a case

Hi,
Please can someone guide me as to what actions can a husband and his family can take against a wife who lodged in a fake 498s case and now neither her family nor her lawyer can prove the fake false allegations made against the husband and his family. If she is unable to prove them guilty what punishment is she liable to legally for destroying the mental peace of her husband and his family and harassing them for 9 years.
Can someone guide me.

Firstly let the court decide that the complaint case under section 498a IPC was wrongly filled, it was false and no charges against you could be proved by the prosecution, you get acquitted beyond any reasonable doubts.
Secondly, the civil and criminal cases for defamation can be filled by the husband for all wrongs alleged by the wife in the criminal complaint case, that badly affected the reputation of the husband and his family in public.

Wait for the decision of the court in 498A case.. And if you get acquitted in the same, consult your lawyer to initiate defamation process.

Thanks for all your valuable advice but still have a question if women are harassed physically or mentally there are laws safeguarding them but what if the same things are done to men by women are there any laws to safeguard their benefits and if yes there are pls let me know and if no then why not don't men have any feeling's emotions.
