company not paying final settlement

Sir l m working in pharma compan. I have leaved my last company to give one month notice now i work in other pharma company since last 1 year. But still I did not received my final settlement from my old company. Even I submit all company property pls help me

Yes, you can claim that. You should serve a legal notice first calling upon it to pay the dues within 7 days. If that does not work, you can file a civil suit for recovery.
