Sir,
My husband is a central government employee. He asks all money receipts of educational expenditure for claiming children education expenditure from government.
I am getting maintenance for my daughter from my husband though court regularly. I do not want to make my husband rich.
125 CRPC and execution case is pending before the court.
If I did not give all money receipt what can he do against me?
Can he file any petition to suspend maintenance till all money receipt submitted to him?

No need to file any copy of pay-slip,however if you have knowledge that where he is working, then you can approach to the court to direct the Govt.Dept.to furnish his salary details. He can not give away from the payment of maintenance allowance whatsoever.
