1.. Immediate setting up of Supreme Court Benches in Bombay, Calcutta and Madras High Courts, public request pending since 1990.

2.. CCTVs, Video/Audio Recording and Court Television should be allowed inside All courts. That will reduce 90% corruption in the Judiciary, which is the bane.  Public demand growing since 2000.

3.. Justice Dipak Misra should NOT be allowed to become the next Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India. Both Dipak Misra and the present CJI Jagjit Singh Khehar should be prosecuted as per late Kalikho Pul's dying declaration or suicide note, as per MP Harinder Singh Khalsa's letter to PM Narendra Modi, dated 27th July 2017, Dr. Leo Rebello's letter to the President of India dated 27th July 2017 and confidential reports of the CBI/CVC inquiries, etc.

Because, if Apex Court is Corrupt, it adversely affects the functioning of the lower courts.

5.. Unconstitutional Collegium System which has given rise to more corruption in the judiciary should be disbanded and in its place an Independent National Judicial Commission be appointed to select, train, discipline and retire the judges. Judiciary should be free of Cancer of Corruption, Casteism, Communalisation and Criminalisation.

6.. Abolish long Summer, Winter, Diwali, Christmas vacations of the Supreme Court and High Courts. Only public holidays to all judges on parity principle. Demand pending since 1990.

7.. Justice C.S.Karnan should immediately be released from Jail under Article 72(1) of the Constitution of India, under which the President has powers to grant pardon, or suspend, remit or commute sentences, as per Dr.Leo Rebello's letter of 27th July, 2017 to President of India, and all the seven Judges of the SCI should be prosecuted for abuse of power, dereliction of duty, corrupt practices, caste prejudices, defamation, and ruining the career of an upright Dalit Judge.

8.. There should be monthly Darbar in all courts to remove old, false, bogus cases in which poor and young people suffer due to Bail Bazar.

9.. Judgment Audit by the Panel of Retired High Court and Supreme Court Judges will go a long way to keep check and balance on totally twisted judgments due to corrupt practices.

10.. In Article 51A -- Fundamental Duties of the Citizens, fighting against Corruption should be included as one more Duty which will protect citizens from false prosecution, etc.

11. Contempt of Courts Act should be removed for rampant misuse by the Corrupt Judges to silence the citizens fighting for enforcement of their rights. Speaking Truth is neither contempt, nor defamation.

12. Courts should start functioning with Dr. Leo Rebello's 5 minutes meditation to improve efficiency and spirituality so that pure fountain of justice flows from the Temples of Justice. Every Court can be provided with an audio-visual tape, which should be compulsorily played in the courts at the beginning.

13. New Revolutionary People’s Multi-Mediabe set up for simultaneous print and electronic media in all languages of India to replace captive Capitalist media.
