A PERSON HAS EXECUTED A SALE DEED WITHOUT RECEIVING THE CONSIDERATION MONEY.AFTER SOME DAYS HE HAS MADE A DEED FOR THE CANCELLATION OF EARLIER DEED.CAN THIS CANCELLATION DEED IS GENUINE ONE,WHEN HE HAS NOT APPLIED TO THE COURT FOR CANCELLATION OF DEED.CAN THE REGISTRATION OFFICER HAVE POWER TO APPROVE THIS CANCELLATION DEED.REPLY............
