International surrogacy law lecture

Description : John Weltman, President of Circle Surrogacy gives an overview on surrogacy and USA surrogacy laws relevant to international parents and Irish straight and gay parents in particular. He talks about the advantages of doing surrogacy in the United States from a legal perspective and the challenges of doing surrogacy in countries such as India, the Ukraine and the UK. John also talks about the importance of health insurance considerations as well as explains how Circle Surrogacy works with gay couples.

John was a guest speaker at a conference organized by the Family Law Association in Dublin, Ireland in May 2010.
