He shall take cognizance based on materials placed on record, and order for initiating an enquiry. As a matter of practice normally the same Court should take action where perjury is committed.

It is known to everybody that Will is not a compulsorily registerable instrument. It is amazing how an unsigned will is valid under law. It is valid only in case of a Privileged Will. The title is misleading and not in consonance of the judgment.

Whoever has written this Title has not understood the Judgement. There are 2 will sin this case: 1 not signed by witness and the other signed by a woman allegedly when she was of unsound mind. The second Will has been held valid because the lower Courts found that she was not of unsound mind. This will was signed. The will which was not signed was not held valid.

Notices u/s 245 are being issued by CPC centre, Bangalore but A.O. doing nothing to erase or delete bogus pending demands.
