Hi, very helpful, but for a non-fianance guy, difficult to understand. would have been great if you had given a scenareo, where each of the formulas are useful..

It is all fine to have entrance exam before enrollment to Bar. What is questionable is, the legal logic behind enforcing an entrance exam after the batch of students have been admitted nd have passed through. Is it not a contract between the student and BCI which has enlisted the prequisites to enrol at the time of admission? how can one introduce a new clause inbetween ?
