Section : Saving of fees to certain officers of High Courts

36. Saving of fees to certain officers of High Courts. Nothing in Chapters II and V of this Act applies to the commission payable to the Accountant General of the High Court at Fort William, or to the fees which any officer of a High Court is allowed to receive in addition to a fixed salary. ------------------------------------- 1 Subs. by Act 12 of 1891 for the original section. 2 Subs. by the A.
